Alongside its earnings report, Take-Two Interactive recently shared the news that GTA was one of its best sellers in 2020, moving more than 20 million copies. That marks the most copies sold in a calendar year since the game’s initial launch.

The most recent entry in the Grand Theft Auto franchise has continued to post strong results, managing to remain a staple title over multiple generations of consoles. Initially released for PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2013, developers Rockstar and Take-Two have shared their plans to introduce the title again for the PS5 and Xbox Series consoles much like they had done previously for the launch of the PS4 and Xbox One X.

Sales numbers don’t appear to be slowing down for GTA V either. The third-party roleplaying mod NoPixel 3.0 server took the game back to the top of Twitch over the past few days. NoPixel allows its users to take on a persona in-game and roleplay along with other players and streamers. This mod is built on the core system of GTA V, but there are a plethora of new features introduced to aid the roleplaying experience.
